Setting up digital signage software in a Samsung Public Display

Has to be a screen with Tizen 3.0 or newer. If you have any questions regarding your screen, feel free to reach out.

1. Set up your Samsung Public Display and make sure it’s connected to both the power and internet. Important: The time and date settings for your screen has to be correct, otherwise it might interfere with some of the content SocialScreen’s software is trying to display.
2. Click “HOME” on your remote control.
3. Then, click “URL Launcher Settings”.
4. Click on “Install Web App” and type in https://socialscreen.app. Write 0000 if it asks for a password.
5. Click “HOME” if the URL Launcher doesn’t start automatically. Click on URL Launcher on the left side in the settingsbar that shows up at the bottom of the screen.
