Setup SocialScreen on iOS, iPhone or iPad

There are different apps for iOS where you can set up kiosk-mode and playback via url. We recommend the ‎WebFrame Kiosk app from the App Store. This app is not free.

We also recommend generating a unique url for the info screen, to ensure the most reliable solution.

1. Download the app from the App Store and install it.
2. Go to Settings on the device, and scroll all the way down to Webframe.
3. Enter the following settings for the app:

• Homepage URL: https://socialscreen.app/[unique url]
• Clear Cache on Reload: Off
• Clear Cache on Launch: Off
• Allow third-party cookies: On
• Custom URL Scheme: Off
• Domain Limiting: Off
• Inactivity Timer: Off

(You can also experiment with the settings if you want different functionality.)

1. Start the WebFrame app on your iPhone / iPad and everything should be up and running.
